Many of you may not know that Jimmy serves on the Board of Directors for the Children's Miracle Network. The CMN telethon co-hosted by Marie Osmond and John Schneider will be televised this next weekend - June 3rd and 4th - and it is our desire to donate a portion of the proceeds to CMN for the benefit of children. Jimmy has agreed to do another raffle and this time you have the opportunity to win three prizes!

First prize is a custom caricature drawing by Jimmy of anything or anybody you want in your picture. There is no limit to the amount of people that can be in the drawing. Jimmy, Jay, and Wayne will be taping a segment for "Branson Jubilee" in Branson at Mickey Gilley's Theater on Tuesday, May 9 at 5:00 p.m. The taping is open to the public and has room for a small audience. This is the only taping scheduled with the Osmond Brothers. Please do not call the theater for information about the taping, as the theater staff will not be able to help you.

Father Osmond is continuing to show some improvement - he has been released to rehab and he has taken a few steps. He is communicating better and his spirits remain high. He is enjoying the cards and well wishes and that everyone has been sending to him.

There is still plenty of time left for you to purchase raffle tickets for Donny's carticature, with the winner getting a free membership (or renewal if currently a member) into the Osmond Pin Trader Club. The caricature is 8x10 in size and will be sent rolled in a tube to keep it from getting bent or creased. Tickets are $2.00 each with a portion of the proceeds going to One Heart. The deadline to purchase tickets will be May 30 with the drawing being held on May 31.

Jimmy has completed a few more caricature drawings which will be added to the caricature page this weekend. He's having a lot of fun working on these drawings and his clients' responses are indicating they are enjoying them too!

Good news! Father Osmond is doing much better today - he is able to communicate a little more and will be scheduled for rehab. Things were a little a touch and go there for awhile, as it looked like he may not make it, but through a miracle he is much better.

Jimmy completed the artwork for Father Osmond's pin when the Osmond Brothers were doing the Florida shows, and he asked that I share it with you now.

Father Osmond has made it through his second surgery. The Osmond Family requests your continued prayers over the next few days as it is now in Father Osmond's and our Heavenly Father's hands. We will keep you updated on his progress.

Yesterday, Father Osmond fell and broke his hip. He has already undergone one surgery and will be going through one more. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery.

Wow! There has been an overwhelming response to Jimmy's caricature offers. All open slots for the caricatures are now filled and we must close the offers for the time being. If you have already contacted us about getting your caricature done, and we have responded with instructions on completing your payments, we need to get your information by 5:00 p.m. CST on Monday, April 24, otherwise your spot will be forfeited.

Six new pins are currently in production and have been listed in the Osmond General Store. The expected delivery date is around May 18 and all of the pins will be sent together if you pre-order now.

If you order something else that is already in stock, those items will be held until your pre-order pins come in, unless you specify in the comments box that you want them shipped separately. If you choose to have the in stock items shipped separately, separate shipping fees will be charged.

You all know what a great cartoonist and artist Jimmy is. If you've attended any of the American Jukebox shows, then you know that Jimmy sometimes takes someone from the audience and makes a caricature drawing of them while he's talking to the crowd.

A couple of days ago, a small plane crashed into Jimmy's main storage unit in Branson , Missouri causing the death of four people. When asked about the accident, Jimmy stated, “It's a tragic accident, which could have been much worse had it not been for the heroic efforts of the pilot adverting the main strip in Branson. If the plane had crashed on the strip, many more lives could have been lost. My heart goes out to those who lost their loved ones in the accident.”

The unit which was hit was the main storage used to house the valuable inventory for the Osmond General Store and other Osmond items. The stage costumes used by the Osmond Brothers on the Andy Williams' shows during the 60's were burned. Other items lost included several awards and gold records which were displayed at the Osmond Family Theater, equipment used for Jimmy's magic tricks and the animatronic robot, Zymot used during performances all went up in flames. The storage unit also contained the equipment used in the UK for Jimmy Osmond's American Jukebox Show, antiques, Jimmy's personal collection of celebrity memorabilia, as well as other personal sentimental items from Jimmy's parents.

Most of the Osmond General Inventory which was destroyed included the American Jukebox, Keep the Fire Burnin', Christmas Memories, and Gospel CD's; the Christmas Memories cassettes, the VHS tapes of Through The Years and Christmas Memories, and all of the items which were sold previously through the Osmond Family Theater such as mugs, OFT beanie bears, playing cards, Mother Osmond's Cookbook, Wayne's Joke Book, If Santa Were My Daddy book and cassette, photos, and t-shirts. We still have a very limited number of these items still available as they were in a different place.

Although the loss of items is quite substantial, Jimmy stated, “All of the items are just ‘stuff' – they are not as important as life. I have employees who were in and out of that unit on a daily basis. I know one employee had intended on going to the unit that day and then had a change of plans at the last minute and didn't go. I'm very grateful that no one was there at the time the accident occurred. When you think about the whole scheme of things, we really are very fortunate.”

The Osmond Brothers have performed their last show in the UK and are on their way home tomorrow (Saturday). A new forum category called "Welcome Home" has been created on the Osmond.com forum where you can leave a message for them as a group or individually to let them know how you felt and what you thought about their UK visit. You may also welcome them back to the States and let them know what you are looking forward to seeing from them in the future! All entries in this forum will become part of the Online Journal which will be given to the Brothers as a memory of the tour. This is a chance to let them know how you feel about them!

The taping for Family Fortunes in the UK took place yesterday afternoon in London - Jimmy, Michelle, Michelle's brother, Scott, Jay, and Anmaree participated in the show, and they won! Seems like Scott and Jimmy went in to the quick round at the end of the show, with Scott playing first - he chose all of the number one answers, leaving only 14 points for Jimmy to make up to win! Jimmy came up with some rather interesting answers - which I'll not spoil so that you have a few surprises when you see the show. They pulled it off, allegingly making them the first family to choose all #1 answers in the round - the ended up winning £30,000 (equivalent to approximately $50,000) for charity. The show will air on UK television in the fall.

The current buzz is about the Hammersmith concert at the Apollo which had Alan coming out and performing a few songs with the Brothers. The Brothers had a great time, and the audience went wild when Alan came out on stage. There are several posts about the experience located on the Osmond.com and Jimmy's forum - and yes, it is true, Alan will also be in Birmingham for the Osmonds' last show in the UK Tour.

As you know, the Hammersmith show was taped for an upcoming Live DVD to be released worldwide through Wienerworld. The question that seems to be on everyone's mind is when is the DVD going to be available... The anticipated release date is in September, but keep an eye on OsmondBros.com for any updates regarding the release of the DVD. We will be carrying the DVD in the Osmond General Store when it is released.

Welcome Caleb Scott Osmond - Scott and Annie's first child and Alan and Suzanne's 9th grandchild. Caleb was born on Friday, February 24, at 9:30 p.m. and weighed 6lbs and 3oz. He is 18.5 inches long. Scott and Annie would like to invite you to take a look at Caleb's first webpage.

The UK Tour is off to a good start, and many people have been posting their experiences and photos from the shows on the Osmond.com and JimmyOsmond.com forums. Keep on top of the excitement by checking out the forums at least once a day.

We are still collecting photos and experiences and will be posting them on the Brothers' website; however, there have been so many entries and photos shared, that in order to do it properly, we will be posting the online journal toward the end of the tour so that we don't leave anybody out - we've had a good response and want to encourage you to keep it coming!

From all accounts, the Tribute Dinner for Jimmy went very well last night - Jimmy was reunited with the cast from "I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here" , and also with Billy Pearce who performed with Jimmy in Boogie Nights and in the American Jukebox Show in the UK. Each of the Brothers' spoke at the Dinner and there were messages included from Donny, Marie, and Alan. Jimmy became a little teary eyed as his brothers each spoke about him, and Wayne explained why he felt he had a very strong bond with Jimmy and Merrill explained why Jay was chosen to be the drummer the group! You can read a great account of the night's events on Jimmy's forum.

Jimmy will be doing the TV show Family Fortunes (for those in the States, it's kind of like the game show Family Fued) - Michelle, Jay, Michelle's brother Scott, and Jimmy's niece, Ann-Marie will be on the show with him. As soon as we have more information, we'll let you know.

The Osmond Brothers have arrived in the UK! They had a wonderful reception at Heathrow and are looking forward to their first show in Portsmouth! They have a very early start tomorrow, Thursday February 23rd, when they are due to arrive at the GMTV Studios at approximately 6.30am.  We have been told they will be interviewed at 7.30am with a live performance at 7.40am.  Please note, these times are subject to change!

After GMTV The Brothers head down to Portsmouth where they will be interviewed for Meridian TV.  This interview will be syndicated and shown throughout the South East on various Meridian news programmes on Thursday and possibly Friday - so please look out for them!

The Producer has asked to chat with fans at Portsmouth, so if you are at the venue around 4pm, look out for the film crew!

The magazine is not due to hit the U.S. newstands until March 7; however, we are accepting pre-orders for the magazine. Pin Trader Updates
We have sold completely out of the very first pin trader pin - the Osmonds' 70's Logo. We have retired this pin and it will no longer be available for purchase. There were only 1000 of these pins produced and this pin now falls into the category of a collector's item.

The 70's Logo Pin was a part of the starter kit when you joined the Pin Trader Club, and is now being replaced with the Osmond Family Theater Logo Pin.

The Merrill Pin is now in stock. For those that ordered the pin and didn't want it held to be sent with other items, your pins will be sent out this week.

By the first part of next week, we should have the very first pin sets in stock. The pin sets are something new and are limited editions of 100 sets. The first pin set is the 2005 Christmas Pins that been framed/boxed into a beautiful display set - they are hand- numbered and have been signed by Jimmy on the back. The 2005 Christmas Pin Set retails for $35.00 and the Pin Trader Price is $30.00.

As we mentioned in a previous update, for every Pin Set that is released, all current pin traders will be entered into a drawing to win one of the sets. We have had our first drawing for the first set - and we are pleased to announce that Gerry Ferry from the UK has won one of the 2005 Christmas Pin Sets. Congratulations Gerry - Your prize will be sent to you this week!

We have had a good response to the upcoming Pin Trader Parties and we will be able announce the locations of the parties to you soon. I just want to remind you that if you are planning to attend the Parties, you must have a current membership in the Pin Trader Club. The deadline to ensure your membership is processed and sent to you on time, is February 12. This date is also the deadline to renew your memberships if you havent' done so already. After February 12, if you decide to renew your membership, you will have to start over as a brand new member.

Jimmy is very excited to announce his plans to hold the first of his Pin Trader Parties during the UK tour! These will be held at selected locations and full details will be announced soon.

There will be no charge to attend the parties, but you MUST be a member of the Pin Trader Club in order to participate. Your pin trader membership card is your ticket to the party. There is no limit to the number of parties you can attend, but you must have your membership card in order to gain entry. No one else will be allowed in the room other than pin trader members. There will not be a professional photo opportunity, but you may bring your own cameras for photos.

If you are currently not a pin trader member, there is still time to register online at the Osmond General Store and get your membership processed and sent to you before the tour. Although the you may join the Pin Trader Club at anytime, the deadline to register in time for the UK tour is February 12. We are also extending the renewal deadline to this date as well. So if you were a member last year, you will still have a chance to save $10.00 off of the new membership price in order to gain entry into the parties. No renewals will be accepted after February 12, so if you miss this date, you will have to start over as a new member.

In case you miss the deadline to register for the club, Jackie Skinner will have a limited number of membership starter packets available at each party location to sign up at the door.

It has been confirmed that Wayne, Jay, and Merrill will be attending Jimmy's Tribute Dinner at the Variety Club in Liverpool on February 26.

The Variety Club is planning to honor Jimmy with a "Jimmy Osmond Tribute Dinner" to be held in Liverpool on Sunday February 26th 2006.

The tickets are £65 each and all checks must be made payable to VARIETY CLUB EVENTS, and sent to VARIETY CLUB OFFICE, 4TH FLOOR ST JAMES BUILDING, 79 OXFORD STREET, MANCHESTER M1 6FQ.

When Jimmy was approached about this award he was thrilled, especially as the Variety Club does such great work for children, a subject close to his heart. You can find out more about the charity here: www.varietyclub.org.uk

Important Message from the Osmond Brothers
Hello Everyone and Happy New Year! We hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas season and is now ready to start the year of 2006! New years always bring about new beginnings, and new beginnings always come with change. Changes can be challenging, but they can also bring about good things. The Osmond Brothers have been making plans for 2006 and we are also making changes.

As many of you are aware, Merrill will be pursuing some solo efforts this year and we fully support him in his endeavors. He belongs on a stage and we believe that he has made the right decision to continue with performing.

Wayne, Jay, and Jimmy will be working on some projects together and Merrill will also join them periodically throughout the year. With the changes in our line-ups, we realize that we need to promote the Brothers differently, and we need to simplify things in the process.

A major change that you will be seeing is a new official website for the Osmond Brothers located at www.osmondbros.com. The website has a new look and a new feel. This is where you can get the latest news as to what the Osmond Brothers are doing.

We are excited to tell you that the Osmond Brothers Official Forum has moved back to Osmond.com. We have created a folder for you to be able to discuss the Osmond Brothers, as well as ask any questions you may have. Merrill and Jimmy will still have their own forums located on their own websites. All links will be available on Osmond.com to take you to the correct websites.

We will be sending news updates through "The Osmonds" group e-mail list and you will be able to find a link to the group at the bottom of the news page. This is the same e-mail list which is used by Osmond.com, so if you are on that list, you will receive the latest news.

The official store for the Osmond Brothers is the Osmond General Store. We are always adding new things to the inventory and can promise you A+ Customer Service.
