August 24, 2001- The Stage magazine reported that the Osmonds will be touring the UK and Europe in the summer of 2002 featuring the Second Generation and Osmond Kids.
We regret that this information is incorrect and that the 2nd G ARE NOT planning to be a part of this tour at this time. They are busy working on other projects at this time. Jimmy's representative, Cathy Kinsella has confirmed that: Jimmy wants everyone to be aware that the UK tour is only in a disussion process. Jimmy has authorized a promotor to seek out possiblities of the Osmonds coming to the UK in the summer of 2002 to perform; however, at this time no agreements have been reached and no specific dates have been set. It is also not known at this time if anyone else will be performing with the Brothers. We will keep you posted when more information becomes available. We hope this clarifies any misconceptions. - We just received a shipment of the book, "Marie Osmond's Collector Dolls, The First 10 Years", which is the book that was included with the "Remember
Me" dolls. It features all of Marie's dolls for the last 10 years, over 700 of them! The books retails at $40 (plus S&H).

August 23, 2001- The Osmania 2001 Group, is planning a second annual gathering in Branson at the Osmond Family Theatre in November, 2001. Last October the event was very successful as it gathered 46 fans from all over the world to share in the wealth of being an Osmond fan. The larger part of its success was the 'Warming Families' collection and One Heart auction that raised over $3500 to support One Heart and collected 43 blankets which were donated to a local Missouri shelter in the name of the Osmonds.
The fan sponsored gathering is once again planning an Osmond memorabilia auction with 100% of the proceeds going to the One Heart Foundation. Currently they are asking to collect any Osmond memorabilia that you'd like to part with, or that you'd just like to see donated for a good cause, such as old albums, photos, magazines, videos. Please email Rachel Watson and Dee Chouinard at Osmania2001@yahoo.com if you have any questions or if would like to donate any of your Osmond momentos.
